Minimal and modern architecture within Japan heavily features concrete and wood for the natural type effect. This 'Sakanoue Terrace' in Tokyo, Japan by Naruse Inokuma Architects has succeeded in the modern movement. The daylight works perfectly with the dark wooden flooring and the spatial planning. Another thing to love is the concrete stairs and how, despite their heavily building material, they still come across as effortless and light.

Autumn. The season for change and new beginnings, so what better way to suit the change in weather, than with a new pair of earrings. Recently I have been wearing these earrings daily, mainly because they go with so many of my outfits, and they're cute so how could I not?!

Planning. One of the hardest but most effective things that we can do with our time. In recent years we've all given ourselves too many tasks and too little time to complete them in. So I began to think, what better way to make the tasks seem a little bit more manageable than with a planner? (I know, it almost makes TOO much sense haha)

So first things first, I'm sure you all know about the 'Bullet Journal'? And if not, you need to! It's mainly a handwritten diary/calendar of some sort and all you need in order to create one is a ruler, a pencil, a pen and, some time. I created mine in under 1 hour. The journal is perfectly ideal for planning for the month, week and day. So below I have thought of the perfect little details that can be added to ensure you have the most productive week ahead of you. 

1. Monthly, Weekly and Daily Plan

For my bullet journal, I have a whole double page spread for the month so I am able to write down any immediate details on each day, as you would with any other calendar. For example, birthdays, due dates and bill due dates. 

2. Social Media Plan
Now, I know that some of you reading this only use social media as and when it feels right. However, there are also many of you working through social media, so I believe that having a plan for deadlines, post updates, emails responses... anything. Having everything written in one place should, in theory, make you work more efficiently and more inclined to get those posts posted!

4.  Mood Tracker
I've seen mood trackers listed in many people's bullet journals, and I must admit that I want to try it out. It's mainly for check marking your progress throughout the week and jotting down how you were feeling at the time. There are many times where we let the stress of tasks get to us, so by putting all of the emotions down on paper, we're able to document how many times we've sweated the small stuff and we should then in the future be able to handle the stress better.

5. Create Goals For The Next Week
Just as important as the current week itself. By writing down the goals that you wish to achieve for the up and coming week, you're able to remain at your best 100% of the time. Completing all of your tasks has never been easier. I write down the main goals of the week down and then divide it up even further when the following week arrives.

An exquisite example of Interior Design at its best. La Villa Rose presents an extremely botanical but welcoming exterior. Leading you to the well-lit interior which features an incredible set of pink walls and varying doorframes. The successful change in calm walls to dramatic flooring is beautiful as the two work together in harmony, instead of against. Throughout, I believe it is an incredible interior and I wouldn't change anything about it.

The stimulus for October is comfort and the ability to change. By this I mean, the beginning of Autumn is one of the most awkward times of the year. You leave your house wearing a specific outfit, only to find yourself completely hot and sticky in the afternoon and cool in the morning or vice versa. So I was inspired by simple looks that can have layers added or removed and have you still looking stylish.

Hello Everyone

Anyone who has been a long time reader of my blog knows that I love earrings as much as the next person. Also with the weather slowing changing from Summer to Autumn, and the days are no longer as bright as used to be. We need to make sure that our outfits can serve us from day to night. I believe that the item of clothing that can make that shift simple without having to buy a completely new outfit (even though we'd all love to). Earrings. Earrings are the beautiful components that create and finish any outfit. I mean, they even had a whole trend dedicated to them (Statement Earrings ). If that isn't reason enough alone, I don't know what is :)

DAY TO NIGHT: LOOK NO.1

Whether you're at university, school, work, or anything in between. I believe that this outfit is the perfect outfit in order to run errands, get any small or big job done. The perfectly relaxing mules, accompanied with such a cute little bag . But once again, the item that finishes this outfit off, definitely would be these gorgeous earrings from AUrate. Perfect for anyone and 100% real gold. Simply beautiful.

DAY TO NIGHT: LOOK NO.2

After a long day working, but then having to socialise with friends, or attend meetings, I believe that this is the perfect outfit to do so in. A gorgeous blazer to put you in the 'not so casual' category, but then the shoes also put you in the 'not too formal' category. And once again, the turning point is these earrings from AUrate. Another wonderful outfit that could take you either from day to night.
